PAX has also consulted with leading technology management specialist Andrew Isaacs of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Francesca Bertone, Chief Operating Officer, has experience in operations, program administration, and education. Before founding PAX, she served as Director of Operations for Tank & Pipe Welding Pty Ltd in Australia.

Laura Bertone, Chief Financial Officer, joins PAX after 18 years in the banking industry. During her tenure as an auditor with Bank of America, she managed the Global Capital Markets/Investment Banking Group, Retail Audit Group, and Development and Training Teams.

Peter Fiske, Vice President of Research and Development, has expertise in advanced materials, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.  He founded and served as CEO of RAPT Industries, led a research team at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and served as a White House Fellow. 

Carol Marsh, Director of Engineering, brings over 18 years of experience in engineering and management in both R&D and manufacturing. Prior to joining the PAX team, she held management positions at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard.

Kasey Arnold-Ince, Director of Communications, has helped a number of clients define and communicate their message, including IBM, Samsung, Mattel, Stanford's Martin Luther King Papers Project, NASA Moffett/Ames, and the Exploratorium.
